Studio Element Personal Training

Our Boot Camp program is designed to be a creative, practical, and (yes, a bit of fun) approach to enrich your current fitness regimen in a group setting at Forest Park. This program consists of several elements including agility drills, interval training, jogging, flexibility training, body weight strength training, obstacle courses, and other challenges. Two of our degreed and certified fitness trainers are sent if the class size exceeds 8 participants to ensure safest and most effective program in St Louis.

Currently our classes are:

Forest Park Mornings- Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 6:00 a.m.  This class meets at the bottom of the hill by the World's Fair Pavillion, near the waterfall.
